The Summerville High School Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by alumni. We partner with students, parents, alumni, local business leaders, and other non-profits to accomplish common goals. Our purpose is to provide additional resources for students attending Summerville High School in Academics, Arts, and Athletics.
The Foundation is currently raising funds for improved Theater seating for Summerville High School’s Auditorium. Our on-going project is to fund and develop a "Sports Complex." The Sports Complex will include the Girls Softball Field, Tennis Courts, storage and bathroom facilities. The largest component is our long-term goal to complete a new all-weather track and stadium seating. We like to call it “The Field of Dreams.” These are major capital outlay projects that will not only benefit the students at Summerville, but will be a series of wonderful facilities for use in our local community. As part of the new Sports Complex, we recently completed a Girls Softball Field and regulation Tennis Courts. These projects were finished with your interest, dedication and donations.
The Foundation is grateful to our local community for helping us reach our goals. However, there is always more work to do!
